Teresa Ibanez is a foodie currently based in Dubai. Back in 2010 she started a cooking blog, which has since then evolved into «The Gastronomista», a popular lnstagram page that features her original recipes, desserts and cocktails, and showcases some of her favorite places to dine around the world and mostly Dubai.

Born and raised in Spain, Teresa inherited her love for cooking and baking from her mother and her grandmother. However, it was when she moved to Venezia that she found her true gastronomic passion: la cucina tradizionale italiana. Since then, she has become dedicated to mastering beloved Italian classics such as lasagna, risotto, pizza, and – of course – tiramisu.
